John and yvan came and spent the afternoon teaching 12 giggly hens dressed in dirndls how to make sausages and macaroons, and it was a great success! John and Ivan struck just the right balance of instructing and leading, whilst allowing the group to potter in and out of activities, making for a relaxed, informal and natural atmosphere. They had planned the activities perfectly, so that there was always something to do, and loads to eat – the chocolate macaroons were particularly delicious. John and Ivan set up quickly, tidied up beautifully, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I also think they are great value for money, as we created a huge amount of wonderful food, were fuelled by the prosecco they bought along, and there was no sense of rushing or scrimping on materials.  I  wanted to drop you a note  to thank you and Bob for Saturday and making my birthday bash such a success. The girls and I had a blast. It was so much fun, we had such a giggle. It was a great relaxed and friendly day. Even if I did get a bit feaked out with the mess! Lol. We picked up so many tips and tricks throughout the day. We all now have a new found confidence when it comes to cooking, especially the bread/focaccia. The food was delicious and there was loads of it. We were stuffed at the end of the night. I bought a Thai Cookery lesson as s Christmas present for my housemate Vanessa. We were both very impressed with the lesson and the food. Vanessa learnt a lot and was very comfortable with Paul, he is a really nice chap and very calm, patient and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to book other lessons for us or for others as presents.

I bought this as a special birthday gift for my husband and it was a massive hit. He had a fantastic afternoon with his own personal Chef and I even picked up some sneaky tips from Jonathan myself. It was a brilliant experience. Being a real novice in the kitchen I was worried it would find it too demanding, but Nick was a great teacher and I can honestly say I have come away with a much better understanding of Indian cuisine, as well as cooking in general.

Many thanks for a great afternoon. It was a huge success and the girls had a ball. We all thoroughly enjoyed the produce and the macaroons tasted even better the next day ( well those few that were left!). It was lovely to be part of such a happy event and it set the tone for a great wedding to come.

Thank you so much for today. John really enjoyed his afternoon and has learnt loads!  He is currently in the pub resting and Reubs is sampling the results of yours and Johns hard work!  He had eaten the samosas and is currently tucking into the main course! As you can see he is enjoying it!





  Just a quick email to thank you for such an enjoyable event last Wednesday.  We came bake and devoured our masterpieces along with some cheese and meat and there was still loads left for everyone to take home.  Everyone enjoyed the event and we shall certainly be recommending this to others.

We had a Indian cooking class today with John reen at his home, we was there for around 4-5 hours and not only learnt how to prepare food and cook it, but also enjoy it too! couldn’t recommend it enough, whatever you want to learn to cook from Chinese to chocolate making they have a class for you and is a very chilled out atmosphere without the stresses of a usual cooking class, as your in your own home!?!

Team Building

 We all had a really good day, thank you so much for making it so enjoyable.  We couldn’t believe how much bread we went home with, all our cars were steamed up when we got back, from warm bread!  I hope we can do something similar next year.

I wanted to send you a note thanking yourselves and particularly John for a fantastic evening. We had a fantastic time celebrating my 40th birthday with family and friends. Everyone is still commenting on how great the food and accompanying wine was, but even more so about the relaxed atmosphere.

This is a credit to John who not only wowed us with superb food but also gave the appearance of it all being so effortless. He was such a hit with the children and his patience and creativity with them made the night so enjoyable for them and as a result, so relaxing for the adults.
