Ryan Wilson Executive Head Chef,
John first meet Ryan whilst he was under training for youth opportunities or the ‘yop’ scheme at R.A.F Uxbridge and help him with the other chefs to achieve his goal to become a fully qualified chef.
Then they lost touch and then 11 years later John at the time was Head chef at British airways head quarters, walked into a high quality gastro pub near where he lived and Ryan was head of the helm.
At the time he was looking for a chef to run a 50 seat al cart restaurant within the head office and Ryan got the job.
Ryan is a highly qualified and experienced Chef (hotels, pubs, resturants and contract sectors).
He successfully competed at a high level Salon Culinarie winning many awards, being nominated for CGC chef of the year and Educatering Awards cost sector chef of the year and had his food printed on greeting cards to support the Queen’s Jubilee and the Olympics 2012.
the whole team working together to develop and deliver a professional service. Food safety and hygiene is a top priority. Chefs are also encouraged to visit other schools, colleges and catering establishments, to assist them in their business and to learn what others are doing in the industry.
Ryan also loves to pass on his skill and love of food to others.
When Ryan is not cooking he likes spending time with his family and is a keen cyclist and rode from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle for the Princes Trust Charity raising over £1000.
His other interests are Photography and Fishing so you could say catch it, cook it, photograph it would be heaven!
